How long does delivery take?

Our standard process time is 1-3 business days and it will take 2-5 business days after shipping. We will send an email to you after your items have been shipped.

Can you arrange scheduled delivery?

No, we do not offer scheduled delivery. However, if you would like your order to be shipped after a specific date, we can arrange the shipping date from Honolulu. Please contact info@kcfg-japan.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will send an email titled "A shipment from order #xxxx is on the way", which includes the carrierโ€™s tracking number. Please check the email to track your order.

What should I do if my order hasnโ€™t arrived within the estimated delivery time?

Do you ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside the U.S. due to limited resources. However, we are planning to expand internationally in the future. Please check our News section for updates.

All customers donโ€™t need to pay any import taxes or customs fees. If for some reason, you are charged those fees,, please let us know. We will refund you those incurred costs.

Yes! Our woodcrafts are made from high-quality Japanese natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and cherrywood, using traditional techniques.

"Authentic Japanese Traditional Products" refers to handcrafted or historically significant items made in Japan using traditional techniques, materials, and cultural heritage. At Kachลfลซgetsu, we only sell genuine, traditionally crafted Japanese products.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Japan, which is why we proudly call them โ€œAuthentic Japanese Products.โ€

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging). A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
