Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at info@kcfg-japan.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions along with a return shipping label.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping.
  • For all other reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

To help us evaluate the issue, please include clear photos of the item and packaging when you reach out. We cannot proceed with replacements or refunds without photographic evidence.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)

- Custom or personalized products

- Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return it for a refund and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. 

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@kcfg-japan.com.
