High Grade Decorative Kyoto Folding Fan with Hand-Drawn Dragon (with Fan Stand)

Each piece features a powerful hand-painted dragon by a Japanese painter, making each one unique. The origin of the fan is said to be a wooden board closed together.

The next type of folding fan was the five-ribsd "Kawahori" fan. In the Heian period (794-1185), it was much larger, however, we have the smaller version that can be used as a decorative fan.
